Youth Programs

Moreau Nursery School
Moreau Nursery School services children for 1-2 years prior to entering Kindergarten.  The upcoming school year we will serve about 50 children.  Students enrolled in the program engage in a variety of activities, which develop skills needed in Kindergarten.  Some focuses of the program are socializing, cooperating with others, building positive self-image, developing independence and following classroom routine.  For information, rates and availability contact the Center at 792-6007.

Latchkey Program
At Moreau Community Center Latchkey Program, our goal is to support the growth and development of children (K - 5) by providing a safe, caring, interesting, adult supervised before-after school environment.  We hope to expand upon the physical, social, emotional and cognitive skills experienced by the child in school.  Our enrollment is close to 500 children.  We are located in the 4 elementary schools in the South Glens Falls School District, Harrison Ave., Moreau, Tanglewood and Ballard schools.  For more information and/or an application, click here!
